REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Paid events
If you cancel more than 72 hours before a paid event's start time, you get a full refund.
Inside 72 hours of the start, cancellations are not refundable. This protects hosts who have already committed to capacity, venues, and supplies on your behalf.
Tickets are non-transferable — there is no way to hand a paid spot to someone else. If you can no longer attend inside the window, the spot is forfeited unless the host cancels the event (see below).
A confirmed paid spot cannot be released by tapping "not going." Cancelling a paid RSVP always goes through the "Cancel & get a full refund" flow on the event page, which is only offered before the 72-hour cutoff.
2. If the host cancels
If a host cancels a paid event — for any reason, at any time — every ticket holder is refunded in full, automatically, regardless of how close to the start it is.
Today this runs as soon as the host cancels through their event tools; refunds land back on the original payment method and Stripe sends its own refund receipt by email.
3. How to cancel
Open the event page and, under your confirmed spot, tap "Cancel & get a full refund." You will see the exact amount before you confirm.
This option is only available before the 72-hour cutoff shown on the event page. After that, cancelling forfeits the ticket.
The same option is available from the Rollout app on your ticket for the event.
4. Free events
Free RSVPs are not affected by this policy — you can RSVP or cancel a free "going" at any time before the event, the same as always.
5. Store purchases
This policy covers event tickets and paid RSVP tiers only. Merchandise and parts bought through a shop's storefront follow that shop's own store terms, shown at checkout on the store order.
6. Contact
Questions about a specific refund: [email protected]. Include the event name and, if you have it, your order number.
