TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By creating a Rollout account, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Rollout is operated by UNITY USA LLC ("we", "us"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rollout. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepts these Terms on your behalf.

One person, one account. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. See the Community Guidelines for the full list.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We will remove violating content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement when required.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, posts, comments, and messages you create on Rollout ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute Your Content within Rollout and on related marketing channels, subject to your privacy settings.

You represent that you have the rights to everything you post and that your posts do not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Reports and moderation

You can report any post, profile, message, or comment from inside the app. We review every report within 24 hours and take action when our Community Guidelines have been violated.

Action may include removing the content, warning the user, suspending the account, or in serious cases banning the user permanently and reporting to authorities.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, posts, garage, and messages.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Rollout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, security against all threats, or that any specific feature will always work.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNITY USA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Rollout.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
